Rental Policies

Review our company vehicle rental policies and procedures below:

    • Must be 25 years of age or older to book. (Any person 18 or older with a valid driver’s license may be added as an additional driver) The keys will only be released to the elder over the booking at the time of delivery or pickup.

    • Must have a valid driver’s license that does NOT expire before the end of the rental period.

    • Must have an ACTIVE personal car insurance policy with the renter as the main policyholder.

  • Customers who reside in the U.S., U.S. Territories, or Canada must present a valid, unexpired government-issued Driver’s license which includes a photograph of the customer at the time of pickup. Digital photos of the license will NOT be accepted. The driver’s license must be valid for the entire rental period.

    • NO smoking inside of vehicle.

    • Use only 93 octane gas.

    • Vehicle must be returned on a full tank.

    • NO racing, burn-outs or donuts.

    • NO pets allowed in vehicles.

    • DO NOT pressure wash or use any chemicals on the interior or exterior of the vehicles. All detailing will be done by the HOST prior to pick-up and upon return of the vehicle.

  • All rental vehicles require a $500 security deposit, due at the time of or before pickup. Security deposit can be made via credit or debit card.

    Security deposits will be fully refunded within 3 days after return and inspection of the vehicle if there are NO damages, incidentals, or incurred expenses during your trip.

  • All bookings made less than 24 hours prior to the start of the rental period is subject to a $50 Rush Fee.

  • You have up to 5 days prior to the start of your trip to cancel your booking and receive a full refund. If you do NOT cancel at least 5 days prior to start of their trip, only 50% of the total paid trip amount will be refunded. (Refunds will be processed within 3 days of cancellation)

    • All of our vehicles use 93 octane fuel unless advised otherwise.

    • All rental vehicles will be delivered on a FULL tank and MUST be returned on a FULL tank.

    • Please keep and give all fuel receipts to the Authorized PLVR Representative upon return of the vehicle.

    **If the vehicle is not returned on a full tank the renter will be charged for the cost to fill up plus a $25 service charge.**

  • All of our vehicles are smoke-free. Absolutely NO smoking inside any of our vehicles. The smell or physical evidence of smoking will result in a $200 cleaning/smoke removal fee.

  • All of our vehicles are pet-free. NO pets are allowed inside the vehicle. Any evidence of pets (pet hair, odor, etc.) will result in a $200 cleaning fee.

  • Please do NOT pressure wash or use any chemicals on the interior or exterior of the vehicles. All vehicles will be thoroughly sanitized and detailed prior to pick-up.

    If you would like to wipe off the exterior of the vehicle during your trip you may ONLY use the microfiber towel and detail spray found in the trunk of each vehicle.

    For the interior, ONLY use a microfiber towel and water to wipe the interior of the vehicle.

    *Cleaning fees may apply at the owner’s discretion for vehicles returned excessively dirty inside and or out*

  • Video Acknowledgement with Identification Required upon Inspection:

    In order to enhance the protection of our valuable assets, ensure proper identity validation, and comply with insurance requirements, Purpose Luxury Vehicle Rentals mandates the use of a video acknowledgement with identification upon inspection. This policy serves multiple critical purposes that contribute to the security and transparency of our rental process.

    Protection of Valuable Assets:

    Our fleet of luxury vehicles represents substantial investments. By implementing a video acknowledgement, we can accurately document the condition of the vehicle before and after the rental period. This documentation provides crucial evidence in case of any disputes or claims related to damages, ensuring that both parties have a clear record of the vehicle’s condition.

    Identity Validation:

    The requirement for identification in the acknowledgement process ensures that the individual renting the vehicle matches the information provided during the reservation process. This step helps prevent fraudulent activities and unauthorized use of our vehicles, fostering a safe and trustworthy rental environment.

    Compliance with Insurance Requirements:

    Insurance coverage is a critical aspect of our rental services. Video acknowledgements with identification play a vital role in meeting the requirements of our insurance partners. Accurate and verifiable documentation of the vehicle’s condition and the renter’s identity assists in expediting the claims process in case of an incident, benefiting both parties involved.

  • If you will be late returning your rental you must communicate with us via email at plvrentals@yahoo.com or by phone at 901-567-1253 at least an hour prior to your scheduled return time as stated in the rental agreement. You will have a 15 minute grace period after the scheduled time of return. After the grace period, the renter will be charged a $50 late fee (Late fees will be deducted from the security deposit). If you do not return the vehicle within 1 hour of the scheduled return time, you will be charged a late fee equal to 100% of a one day rental.

    Failure to communicate a late return will result in the car being reported stolen.

  • Any Toll Fees , Parking Garage Fees, Towing Fees, Traffic Tickets, or any other fees and expenses incurred during the rental period will be the renter’s full responsibility to pay.

  • After you submit a rental request we will email you the invoice to make your payment and secure your booking along with the rental agreement to e-sign right from your computer or mobile device.

    Acceptable payment methods include: Credit/Debit card, Bank Transfer, or Cashapp.

  • All rental transactions are subject to a standard 3.5% + 10 cents Processing Fee and 5% State Sales Tax.
